1.1.3 Image processing function

When you use our image beautification, wallpaper, AI, keying and other image processing features, we will ask you to authorize the camera, photo, camera permissions required for the feature , if you do not agree or cancel the authorization, you will not be able to use the corresponding features, but does not affect your use of other features of the product. 1.1.4 Provide you with content information publishing functions or services.

When you actively publish content, we will collect the content information you publish and display your nickname, avatar, published information, and comment information based on the visibility permissions you set. When you publish pictures and audio content, we will ask you to authorize sensitive permissions for cameras, photos, and microphones. 1.1.5 Sleep recording function

When you use our sleep recording function, we will seek your authorization to access the Apple health data acquisition permission required for this function. If you do not agree or cancel the authorization, you will not be able to use the related function, but it will not affect your use of other functions of the product. With your authorization, we will use Apple's API to read and write sleep data ("Health Data") in the Apple Health app on your device. We will not use your health data for marketing, advertising, or usage-based data mining purposes. Your health data will be accessed locally through Apple Health and will not be stored or cached by the app. Your health data is processed locally and is not sent to any server. We cannot read or write to Apple Health without your consent.

1.1.6 Interactive functions

When you add a friend and interact with the friend, respond or share content, we will collect your friend's account and show you the content posted by your friend and the comments of mutual friends. If you choose "Add Friend", we will obtain your clipboard permissions and read or write friend code information. Your friend code information will be processed locally and not sent to any server. In the past 12 months, we have not sold Personal Information of California residents within the meaning of “sold” in the CCPA. 

Rights under the CCPA

other categories of sources from which the personal information was collected;

other specific pieces of personal information we collected about you;

Request we delete personal information we collected from you, unless CCPA recognizes an exception; and

Be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising your rights including providing a different level or quality of services or denying goods or services to you when you exercise your rights under the CCPA.   

We aim to fulfill all verified requests within 45 days pursuant to the CCPA.  If necessary, extensions for an additional 45 days will be accompanied by an explanation for the delay.

European Economic Area (EEA)

When you are located in the EEA, you will have following additional rights:

When you are located in the EEA, your personal data will be transferred to recipients in countries located outside the EEA, which do not provide a similar or adequate level of protection to that provided by countries in the EEA.

You hereby expressly consent to the transfer of your personal data to recipients, as described in this Privacy Policy, which are located outside the EEA. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

You can use your accounts of the App to update and correct your personal data. You can also contact us and ask us to update or correct your data.

We do not knowingly collect personal data about children under the age of 13 (in EEA is under the age of 16). If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with data without their consent, he or she should promptly contact us and we take reasonable steps to ensure that such data is deleted from our files.
